NRG Group Management Team

Founder of the NRG Group, Andrew has over 40 years of experience in the industry with significant well operations experience. This includes the management of complex HPHT well operations for Ranger, Kerr McGee and Amoco, complimented by direct legislative and HSE experience via the Department of Energy, DTI and HSE

Daniel graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management, before joining NRG as a Drilling Engineer. He now leads the NRG Group and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Well Management business.

Erica graduated with an honours degree in Corporate Communication from Napier University and joined the NRG Group in 2007. Working her way up from Contracts Administration to her current role, Erica now manages the complete financial and administration function for the NRG Group.

Peter has been active in the industry since 1974, joining NRG as a well examiner in the late 90’s. Within his 44-year career Peter has worked as an Offshore Installation Manager on a UK gas platform and formed part of the Senior Management team at the Department of Energy and HSE. Peter now provides oversight to the NRG Group activities as Non-Exec Director.

Heidi joined NRG in 2005 soon after the Aberdeen office had been established. Heidi has been instrumental in establishing the NRG Group company processes, and works with both Administration staff and Senior Management to provide support for the NRG Group as a whole. Heidi also manages office Health & Safety and is NEBOSH accredited.
